Have you ever wondered if God is speaking to you, or
if what you hear is your own voice of wanting inside your head? I have, many
times. I listen, and when anything feels remotely human, I know it’s not of
God. If what you hear is negative toward a family member, a friend, a church
group, or someone in your church gathering, it’s not God’s voice. If you feel
and hear forgiveness, charity, lifting up, sharing, then you know it’s Jesus.
Daily static and your own situation can cloud your judgement, yet be assured
Jesus does not tear down, He builds up. He never criticizes, He edifies. He
never condemns, He comforts.
Church bodies everywhere are under attack from Satan. He
begins with the leadership teams, trying to divide, then conquer. We, in the
human and on our own, cannot fight him, but our Father God can. He asks that we
take the threat to Him, then He will battle our enemy. Satan knows that he is
defeated, as scripture assures us of that. Yet, he will try to take as many
down with him as he can. Recognize his threat by listening with your heart.
Neutralize the threat, by turning to the Father. You will know God’s voice when
you hear it. It’s the one that says, I love you my child.
